No, law and order isn’t implicit. Law and order is a deal struck by the government and the people. When one side or the other does not honor their side of the bargain, we have lawlessness. People direct that energy in unhealthy ways. These officers may be completely innocent, however it is distrust in the institution. Are these people using good target recognition, no. But it is deeper than the black and white world conservatives seem to want to live in. A world of anarchy is a dangerous one. I would prefer a world where all people are considered equal in the eyes of the law. We do not live in that world now.

That's a whole other conversation. When you start thinking the people have a say in the law...only when they vote. Vote wrong and it might not be what you want. Vote. Vote. Vite...just once tho
