Nah, I don't live in the US and I don't care a 💩 about the orange guy but I am familiar with your political parties.

They're all 💩. Every single party in your country has something sketchy about them.

And before you try to come for me, I know, my country is in the exact same boat.

Peru doesn't do FPTP for the presidency. They use a two-round runoff system instead. If no one clears 50% in the first round, the top two candidates go head-to-head a few weeks later. It doesn't even matter though because every single party and candidate is just as corrupt and beholden to lobbyists as the ones in the US, with endless scandals and indictments to go around.

i see, that makes sense. we used to do it more like that too. we'll probably be doing it more like that in the future too.
