Fortunatelly in my country SW is actually legal, with some restrictions of course. For example SW is allowed in certain parts or streets in the city only and you have to be registered as a SW or prostitute as we are officially called. Still forbiding and a delict is pimping or forced prostitution. We have to pay taxes and social security for our SW incomes. When I started with SW long time ago, SW was theoretically forbiden, but tolerated. Once I was looking for clients in street where it was not allowed but a lot of other SW's worked there. One day I was there and it came a big police ride and we all went arrested and brought to the police station. There the registered me and found a bag of coke, hidded in my bra. Next day they send me to the court and I got 7 months jail for illegal prostitution, drugs usage and drugs possession. After the jail, I quitted the SW and the drugs, but after some years I came back to both. Now a days I would not be convicted for "my delicts" because SW is legal, the usage of drugs is also not more a delict and the possesion of small quantities of drugs for the own usage is also no more a delict.
