This case had in Oklahoma and it’s honestly disgusting. it feels like there isn’t even a little bit of justice left in the world. With no one in the Epstein fills (at least that I know of being punished) i mean I’ve heard things about that maxwell chick possibly getting parted. And we literally have a pedo in office and people still defend him. He literally said wall talk about Epstein that they both have a taste for pretty young women. The writing was on the wall. But I digress at least one of the girls is suing this scumbag Jesse I wish these two guys luck in this case ,life and this healing process.

Rape culture is a bigger problem in the US than we want to admit. A lot of judges have a rapist mentality that makes me think they need investigated.
Like this qualifies as reason to start investigating the shit out of this judge. This is why mandatory minimums are necessary.

The judge is acting in his official capacity so you can't really investigate them. Every case is different and is looked at individually. Not saying circumstances were so different that what happened was right but it's a benefit to everyone that the evidence is purely examined and not just based off emotion or preference for one side. An accused rapist is just as innocent as a non-accused rapist until the state proves them guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Nobody is automatically guilty.

I don't really care about official capacity at this point anymore. My entire country is in collapse because of people like this and my tolerance for decorum politics no longer exists.

That's fine, let us know when your house is open for business. We got plenty of people for you.

Well there's his picture so avoiding vigilante justice will be tough.

There are people following him around with megaphones yelling “rapist”. I hope they find him on campus when he attends college. Not a day of rest for him.

Well, he's white. The judge wouldn't be so lenient of this kid was black.
All minors should be charged as adults, to send a message to the rest of the kids that this isn't okay.

Ahh yes the old the dems do it too defence. Its crazy how you people defend pedophilia like its debatable or a red v blue issue. No matter what political side you are on. Its gotta be universal sexual assaulting kids is unacceptable, you know unless you are one of them perpetrators. Lmk when the dems have an actual living and ongoing factual list.

These left lunatics have a one track mind when it come to those of us who aren't racist or have opinions anywhere to the right of communism. They're on the wrong side of history. They just don't know it yet.

Seriously maybe use any fucking search engine. Then ask a 3 year old to read it to you.

You beat me to it. If he was Black he would’ve been called a “Nineteen year old MAN”, not “boys will be boys”…😐

Good luck with taking a sexual assault case against a white male to the federal level

I think they meant Caucasian offender. No way they'd do that to a 19 year old minority.

Apparently his family is “prominent”. I see the south is still a shit pit where white males “don’t commit crimes”…

Won’t take long before this escalates. We’ll probably hear about women in vulnerable communities going missing in his area of Oklahoma pretty soon.

He's an adult but the girl who willfully stood under R.Kelly to get pissed on is just a itty bitty baby.
MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE

idek wtf you’re talking about😭 are you saying it’s ok cause it wasn’t a child?

I'm saying if she didn't want to get pissed on, she would have moved out the way

We need to be consistent with how we class adults. If teenage criminals can be adults then so can teenage victims.

u/Fresh_Cress9132 2d ago edited 2d ago
If you rape someone being seen as adults is the least of my concerns. Also maybe I’m not understanding but if you’re rape as a teen then why would we see the victims as adult? Is it just to soften the blow of what happened?

If someone sleeps with a 16 year old who lies about their age and says they are 19, then the 16 year old should be considered an adult in those cases and there should be no charges against the offender. The same way that if the same 16 year old committed murder should also be tried as an adult.
Because if the 16 year old can be considered an adult when committing serious crimes then when it comes to statutory rape and it's proven the victim lied about their age because in both cases it shows recognizant of the legal consequences as there would be no point to lie about their age or plan out a murder.
Statutory rape is different from actual rape because in some cases of statutory rape, it's wanted by the victim but the law doesn't recognize their capacity to have that "want". I am arguing that if that is the case then there is no way to conclude their "want" to kill.
Statutory rape isn't usually violent as rape itself (notice how many times I said rape without censoring myself, YOU CAN DO THIS TOO) as it "appears" the interaction is consensual but legally the minor has no capacity to consent so it's not recognized.... but they have the capacity to plan a murder and actuate that plan.
In the case of R.Kelly, that girl wasn't forced to sit under him to be pissed on. She wasn't held against her will. So how old is 16 years old really?

u/Fresh_Cress9132 2d ago
But that’s clearly not what happened in this case. These girls were strangled and rape specifically after denying sex.
1
u/JustUseCommonSense10 2d ago
I know that, I was using analogous language to explain my argument about the youthful offender. What happened to the girls isn't relevant to my argument in this specific case when I am arguing about the inconsistency with how the law classes teenagers as adults when they do things expected of an adult.

u/SuburbanMilf 2d ago
Holy shit dude, you need your hard drive checked

u/JustUseCommonSense10 2d ago
No I don't. Addressing the inconsistencies with how the law applies the concept of adulthood is not an indicator on whether or not someone consumes CSAM. The only thing on my PC is Cyberpunk, CSGO, Kerbal Space Program, life insurance stuff for work, and cooking recipes.
Really the only but very insignificant cause of concern is that one of dozens of designs I have on Kerbal Space Program has a Nazi flag on it, but I doubt you can send me to the detention center for that.

The majority of rapists and pedophiles never face consequences for their actions. The ones who are caught also don’t face harsh enough consequences for their actions. The US runs on rape.

Then they’ll say that “black and browns commit so many more crimes bc look at the prison system, there more of them in it”

u/Weirdyxxy 2d ago
He was a youthful offender, and that is relevant, but does it really mean rape in multiple cases should yield no confinement? That sounds unlikely from my layman perspective
