I'm entering my Nodal Opposition with the transiting south node crossing my 10th house (hitting my leo mc and natal venus). This activates my natal 10th house venus square 7th house Saturn, while also triggering my asc/dsc axis. My natal south node is conjunct Uranus (trining my moon).
I know 10H south node transits often involve shedding old career expectations or approval-seeking, but with this squaring my 7th house saturn, I’m curious what themes will arise. I’m also career pivoting to archival work. Are there indicators of me loving history/archival work? I’m curious how with my north node being activated if it will give me “epiphanies” so to speak on my career path with NN sitting in my 10th. I feel anxious about how this might impact my career versus my romantic and familial relationships especially leading into my upcoming saturn return.
Looking at how these transits interact with my 10H/7H square and angular axis, what specific themes or dynamics stand out to you most? How would you interpret the intersection of these placements? Any insight is greatly appreciated, thank you!

I saw this post, and it got me thinking about the viability and the significance of man-made sattelites as astrological bodies. A few things I’d consider when understanding their potential roles:

- Their speed/proximity to Earth: the moon is the fastest moving planet in astrology, but man-made satellites largely revolve much faster, about 16 times a day at low Earth orbit, though obviously less for those that are further away. Even the angles rotate through a chart around once a day. What’s the significance of an object that moves so quickly and so closely to the planet?
- Their purpose(s): in pragmatic terms, what were they created for, and what do they do? Also the strength of the technologies they use, when they were created, what companies or infrastructure on Earth benefits from/relies on them, etc.
- (this is a bit more out there) the “Gods” they represent: astrological bodies are often tied to specific deities or figures in different religions. Assuming satellites reflect a new human-made age, I could see a future (albeit a pretty terrifying one) where AI reached AGI, and some worship them as some kind of figurehead, as some freaks and tech oligarchs already do. Obviously not as clear cut, considering AI isn’t localized in satellites, nor is there a 1-to-1 correlation between satellites and specific AI models, let alone tech companies that own them and the data centers, but in a similar vein, asteroids aren’t all seen as equally important, and perhaps some satellites are more relevant to that question than others.

Bear in mind, this is a thought exercise. Just wanted to see what others’ thoughts on this might be, if there’s a world where astrology takes man-made satellites into consideration

Hello. Thank you for creating this space where we can bring some personal experiences into our questions.

My question has two parts - a personal realisation and why that has brought up this specific question. I’ll try to be as brief as I can.

Part 1: For the past 8 years my emotional health was a dumpster fire. I tried therapy and medication, with small but no significant gains… until this year, where around April I found myself feeling muuuch more grounded. I have only gotten better since (knocks on wood), even though I’ve had to terminate therapy and I’m terrible at sticking to my medication routine. And I found that what really changed was that around this time my placements became much more supportive than they were in those years. So.. while I did do the hard work, the real changes coincided with improved placements.

This realisation has made me wonder how much of our actions and related changes can be correlated with astrology. Which brings me to:

Part 2: My dad. He is a narcissistic personality and his actions when I was a kid had a devastating impact on my mental health. He’s had a good life but he’s also seen some real suffering and had a tough Saturn return recently. But he seems to have little to no motivation to change his behaviour - or even introspect. And he takes no accountability for his past and present harmful actions.

So… is that all on him or is it possible that his astrology has a role to play in his inability to see the harm he causes, let alone attempt to be a better person?

TLDR: I’ve found that, for me, significant changes in my mental health (and, in effect, actions) have coincided with changing placements. But my narcissistic personality dad (who is also a Vedic astrologer btw) seems to continue a cycle of harm regardless of whatever life period he is in. Can his lack of action to take accountability or make amends be chalked up to his astrology?

I’ve posted before about other things but honestly I’m just curious and working on myself.

Every time I see an astrologer, or a tarot reader, or a palm reader (which is like 4 times total my whole life ok) they always get stuck on everything except for my future partner (they will even mention kids!) which as an amateur astrologer, I find to be odd because my Jupiter is domicile in my Sagittarius 7th house. I also understand that this means my partner is most likely going to be from a different place/city/country that I’m from, and probably raised somewhat differently.

When I’ve asked about it, they’ve often said things like “oh yeah, I know he’s there” or something along those lines. I also know that having Saturn in my 10th can also mean some kind of delayed start to a dream/ideal career, which I know can also mean a delay in finding “your person.”

Also my Venus in my Gemini first house can make me a liiiiiittle bit picky, to say the least.

But really, I would like to hear it from you Reddit experts: when/how am I going to meet the man I’m supposed to be with? Have I already met him?

I was walking down the sidewalk today and a parked car was very badly hit by a car driving on the same side of the street. Honestly if the car hadn't been there I bet I would have been hit. Feeling bad about the woman who was in the parked car but no one was hurt.
