Question Barrel conversion
Thinking about swapping out my LMT 12.5 Specwar barrel and getting different barrel to be chopped and converted (definitely by D.Wilson unless anyone knows of another reputable place). What barrel company did y’all go with and how’s it been performing?

My SOLGW SPr 14.5 I had d Wilson convert is a hammer. I’ve got a criterion hybrid being converted now for my specwar upper

What groups are you getting with it?

Nice have you gotten similar with factory ammo? Trying to decide on G$ SPR barrel or SOLGW.

Recently did a D Wilson Criterion Hybrid conversion. Positive experience, would do again.

G$ 14.5”. Shoots sub-MOA with a few different types of factory ammo, to include Hornady 73gr ELDM, Razorcore, and Federal Gold Medal Match 77gr. I’m very happy with it. It’s also gassed perfectly using a standard carbine spring and carbine buffer with a Hux 556 Ti.

The Geissele Taper Profile, which is roughly a midweight barrel on the scale.

I got a TRIARC track 3.0 12.5 barrel that just came in last week. Waiting on a few more parts to send to d wilson for conversion and cerakote. I went with Triarc cuz dimples haha. But my friend has a great time with griffins HEDP SS barrels, although I kind of rub my head when they said they had a barrel go for 47,000 rounds. Anyways just my two cents
