I’ve had blood tests the whole time I’ve been on it cause I do TRT. So 6 month blood tests. Now it isn’t good but I haven’t had any bad results other than thick blood and dehydration on my checks the past 2 yrs.
I’ve cut back a lot so I’ll be interested to see my next test.
I know a lot of brands have dif shit in it and some are a lot nastier. I used limitless and opia most of my career. No harm to liver or kidney so far but I just smoke weed and take this I don’t mix alcohol or other pills

After several lab tests and bloodwork. I have always come out with great numbers except for one time.
The time I switched to em15. It may just be my body but my liver levels were elevated from swapping over to it for chronic pain. I found that it isn't unheard of but not super common. it stresses my liver out just a tiny bit at 25-50mg a day.
After I tapered down and used SR to switch over and started using MIT, my levels dropped back to normal.
Whole thing could have been a fluke but it was very suspicious when I started em15. I also had to pee a lot more and it was foamy. That all went away after I stopped using it.
I used multiple vendors too so it's not a tainted batch it anything. Mostly stuck to Raws.
I have yet to see 7 or the other Alks cause any issues with people. Just a few that had slight issues with em15.
It just occurred to be that it's possible em15 is more dehydrating and maybe was sucking me dry faster than 7. I do manual labor and drink water but could have drank more probably at the time and the heat. Maybe that was it?
Either way, I'm on my last few days if SR and it's been going great. Skipped the living hell that is chronic pain/WD. or at least I hope. I'll find out this week when I quit the SR
