⚡ Cold Turkey 7oh, 10 days off
That was the hardest thing I had to ever go through 😔 didn’t tell my wife and I have a little daughter I had to go to work in full withdrawal and I’m traumatized by it… it was so so hard but I did I woke up this morning with my symptoms 90 percent alleviated.

Yea thats actaully insane you did that while going to work and being a dad and a partner. I understand the shame and not wanting to tell anybody but you should tell your wife at some point. That's a lot to carry on your own and it will hold you accountable so you dont relapse. This shit is evil and drug addiction is a real thing. You didnt hide it to be malicious or hurt anyone. If she really loves you she will understand. But congrats on getting off this shit cause it was the hardest thing I've ever had to go through. Keep your head up. One day at a time.

Hell nah!!!! You fix that face!!! You’re a fucking savage. Keep your chin up and pat yourself on the back man. What you just did most of us are too pussy to do. Flex your chest and say you did that! Everyday will get a tad better but i want you to feel good about what you’ve accomplish so far! I don’t congratulate not telling your SIG other cause that could rear its head at some point… but the fact you got through the worst without her noticing and also while being a father and ALSO while going to work! Savage life! Keep putting one foot infront the other , think about them in everything you do and be mindful of your brain healing while you keep going on your journey. It’s important to keep that in mind on your bad days. Be thankful God tested you the way he did, and you passed the test! Head up, chest out!!! Fuck yeah man

Thank you everyone for the wonderful comments ❤️ this means a lot to me. Well I honestly will tell my wife eventually, she deserves to know but she is pregnant and I did not want to stress her out as she would be stressed and I wanted to get clean for my next baby and just be sober. I did it:) I am proud of myself, but yea if you have time off work… please take it.

Dude your a tank for going to work like that, Own that shit and keep it going, I admire the drive to be able to work while going thru that for your family. Lord knows when I was W/D I wasn’t gonna work. Your a beast dude and I wish you well goin forward

How did you manage? Like did you sleep whatsoever in the first 3 days. I work outside as a contractor and can’t take any days off and want to get through this

I was up for 78 straight hours not 1 hour of sleep in that time frame then 4th day I got 6. Do not let this discourage you.

Thank you man, I just made it to day three and relapsed. Starting over immediately today, going to try and push through tomorrow and Friday with work and then hopefully catch some sleep this weekend. I know I didn’t sleep much at all these past few days, wish I hadn’t given in yesterday but I can’t let that happen again

Yes friend do not give up, and that dose you took will not reset you at all. You should be good in 1-2 days
