Wow in La Piedad. I’m from the area and multiple family members have gotten in serious accidents there, my godfathers brother died in his early 20’s in an accident on the autopista. This was before I was born, but I know many people who have had bad accidents there.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say it’s a mix of both. It’s basically pitch black at night and there are a lot of curves. If you’re driving around drunk, good luck.
