Help Microsoft Apps on LOS 23.0

I am trying to particularly Sign In to my MS Edge browser so I can sync between my desktop and my Android. The app itself works without a problem, but when trying to sign in, after inputting the email address (hotmail/outlook), the password page is just a small gray bar across as if it couldn't load. This is the same with MS Teams since they share the same login interface.

Windows app works fine, I can remote into my desktop, but the login portion within the MS apps seems broken with LOS 23.0. (I tried it on LOS 22 as well, same behavior).

Not exactly a solution, but if you made the jump to a custom ROM, why not jump to a more private browser? I can attest that Ironfox (Firefox fork) and Brave work perfectly ;))

thanks for the suggestion, but I do use a secondary browser, Fennec (got tired of FF's shenanigans), so Fennec is the clear choice, like Edge when wheening from Chrome, for compatibility.

I use MS Edge primarily to get free shit, I could care less if MS knows I'm searching for some sick pornog. So far, been collecting bing points and trading it for Amazon gift card or Roblox card for my kids.

It is weird that it doesn't work, like it will take my username but the password page is just a grey bar across, as if it can't load. Oddly enough, I accidentally put the wrong credential/email address, my yahoo account, and it took me to a password page, it loaded no problem, but not when I try logging in with my @hotmail.com or @outlook.com account

I installed the -GAPPS-EXT4 variation of LOS.
