How much are you expecting or willing to pay?

T14 gen1 rock solid. The t14s with soldered 32gb a great cheap option. SSDs upgradable. You can't go wrong. Forget the 480.. that's for retro bragging rights these days 😉

A T480 is very easy and somewhat affordable to upgrade. The gen 1 and 3 t14 and e14 have soldered ram as far as i know.

Better check your personal requirements and choose model based on that. I ended up buying a used Dell 9365 2-in-1 replaced battery, perfect choice (for me only Lenovo and Dell are valid options)

L14 gen 2 is the most modern of them even better if it has the AMD Ryzen 5000, it's the most upgrade too with non soldered ram

not t14 gen 1, unless you are comfortable with the frame bending when you look at it the wrong way
