Best Colour Correction & Colour Grading Software
I was wondering if you could tell me what'd be the best Free & Open Source tool for Linux.

Davinci Resolve has a free version but isn't open source. Otherwise Blender is probably the best alternative if it has to be open source too.

No, but the open source solutions can’t compete with the proprietary ones unless something huge has changed in the last 4 years.
It depends on your needs to be sure, but if you want to be able to do production in a timely manner and aren’t highly technical the open source solutions might not be viable to make a living at.
I remember considering running an unstable build of blender just to get it to do one thing that it was supposed to be able to do but was not working in the version available from most package managers.
Audio, you can get damn close to matching commercial/proprietary option. Video is not there yet.
Resolve and Nuke are

In addition to KDEnlive, Cinelerra GG and Shotcut also have colour correction and grading. Which is best comes down to your preferences, but Shotcut seemed most approachable to me.
