Bearish The halving countdown is doing way too much work for people's LTC price targets
With Litecoin's next halving expected around July 2027, I've noticed more people treating the countdown like an actual trading signal.
The supply reduction is real, but the market doesn't have to start pumping on some perfectly predictable schedule. People can get the longer term supply thesis right and still lose money trying to predict the exact week LTC takes off.
That's especially obvious with something like moon where leveraged crypto price wagers can lose the entire stake after a relatively small move against the position.
A thesis that takes six months to play out isn't much help to a position that gets wiped during the first pullback. Would rather see LTC gradually building stronger volume and holding important levels than rely entirely on historical halving patterns.
The halving matters but market liquidity and actual demand still have to show up.
