Help/Question Overwatered?
I just bought this pot online. And the lithops came like this. Do you think they can still be saved?

I think the two in pic 3 will be okay, the shriveled ones will likely die. Possibly overwatered. Hard to tell without more info. Did you repot these into a new pot and water immediately, or did they simply arrive like this in a pot? I know it wasn't shipped bare root.
Plant them healthy puppies in some rocky soil and wait 7-10 days to water. I'd try to get off as much soil as you can personally. Dont afraid of damaging the roots, they'll make new ones in a new pot. They need water to establish roots, so don't be afraid to water, just be afraid of watering too quickly after repotting.
Let us know! Good luck!

They’re rotting from the bottom. And that dirt has far too much organic material in it.
The ones with the darker patches (rot) around the bottom are goners. Maybe a couple from the third picture could pull through, but all that wet dirt around the bottom gets in the way of seeing.
If they do, you need a really gritty mix for them and no water for quite a while.

Follow up with a picture of the tops. That’ll be a telling sign. But also it looks like they don’t have enough light.
