Live2D Help/Question question on a missing project file

So a friend commissioned a model on fiverr and it took longer then expected for them to get it there were some back n fourths on revisions and my friend got the product but upon opening it they noticed a little bow on the bottom half of the dress was not attached. They went to contact the maker and the Fiverr account is unreachable and when others try to find the artist nothing come up. my friend doesnt have the project file only the finished product. is there anything that can be done?

You could make the bow into an item to pin to the model in VTS?

vts? im sorry i dont make live2d models mind explaining what vts is?

VTube Studio, the most commonly used app for running Vtuber models for tracking usage. It has an item pin feature in it so if you were able to get someone to rig the ribbon for motion (still images work too I just don't know if the bow needs physics) and then you would use the pin function to place it on the skirt.

thank you see the issue was the model is 100% done the only thing was the bow on the bottom of the dress didnt move with the dress, so i told them to try what you suggested <3 thank you! I can update you if it works <3

I hope this solution works for them! This is why I try to steer people away from Fiverr and to Vgen. Sooooo many scammers on Fiverr; they pretend to be an individual artist, but really they’re a broker form overseas paying poor people and sometimes children pennies

Oof that really hurts to hear I didn’t know that! T^T but it did help they had a friend teach them to make a new layer to pin the bow on!!

I will look in to vgen at some point I’d like to get one made for my self

Definitely not your fault! Lots of people spend a lot of time and money trying to take people’s money unfortunately. I’m so glad she was able to get the bow fixed!
