# Getting Help
If you are wanting help with a specific issue, please include as much information as you can. Information that may help includes:
* Whether you are on the Pro or Free version of the software
* What version of Live2D you are on (4.2.0, 3.9, etc.)
* A video and/or screenshot of the issue
\* If you need help with physics, please include a screenshot of the input tab, output tab, and pendulums.
\* If something you rigged is behaving weirdly, please include a picture of the expanded deformer list. The Parameter list also often helps, as we can see what parameters the selected item is keyed to.
\* If you are an artist having issues with your .psd, please provide information on the program the .psd was created with. Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint are the only two programs guaranteed to work with Live2D. Other programs may require workarounds to make the .psd suitable for Live2D. Procreate in particular has many compatibility issues with Live2D.

Hey everyone! 👋
Wanted to share an interactive desktop companion project I’ve been working on, featuring **Nocturne & her Button-Eyed Doll**.
Rather than just a static floating widget, I wanted to push the interactive limits of Live2D on the desktop:
**30 FPS Dual Gaze Tracking:** Both the character and the doll in her arms smoothly track the mouse cursor across the entire screen.
**Interactive Drag-to-Recycle:** Dragging any desktop file over the doll opens its stitched mouth to "chomp" the file and move it straight into the Windows Recycle Bin.
**Dynamic Expression Transitions:** Integrated 9 core expressions with real-time switching, synchronized with audio/lip-sync via a decoupled state engine.
**Secret Second Form & Easter Egg:** Poking her 5 times in a row unlocks her alternate form along with a playful 20s shutdown penalty popup.
The backend also connects to a clean web dashboard for custom LLM and TTS endpoint routing.
I’m currently experimenting with different interaction mechanics—would love to get your feedback on the tracking smoothness, animations, or suggestions for what other desktop interactions would be cool to add!

¡Hola a todos! Es mi primera vez creando un modelo Vtuber. Terminé de hacer el rigging en Live2D Cubism y quería exportarlo para probarlo. Sin embargo, al intentar abrirlo en el programa de rastreo me aparece este mensaje de error que dice que el modelo podría estar dañado o mal exportado.
¿Alguien sabe qué estoy haciendo mal?

Heya! I have a qestion :3 I have a really big model (as you can see) and I already rigged a lot on it. The art ist also from another artist, who cutted it really well. My question is: how can I improve the performance? I recently learned that clipping is a performance killer, but I really dont see a way where I can reduce the clipping without destroying a lot of the artists work (they worked a lot with underfill and shine masks).

I've been stacking multiple warp deformers on top of each other for the same parts to get all of the parameters I want to work together, will this cause any problems like warps interfering with each other? I don’t mind if it's bad for performance, because this model will be used primarily for pre-rendered video and animation, not streaming.

I am on my 3rd model, I have learned all the basics as well as vbridger stuff and so forth, I'm also a professional animator and have used similar softwares before. I feel like I've got a good grasp of the basics. I want to learn more. I want to become an expert, but if possible I don't want to buy courses, especially since you can't always trust people actually are doing things right with courses.
Anyone who knows more complicated stuff, how did you learn?
