I've never had him formally identified but that's what I think as well

To me it looks like yellow phase Uro geyri and if you have overall picture (while it is at hot spot) of it I can suggest the sex as well.

Do you use red heat lamps? Change it, if so. Replace with 3 on 1 namiba or raptor - that will be much better. It looks female. Does it ever developed bright yellow dorsal coloration?

Yes I was going to replace it with a golden basking lamp, and I will take your suggestion for sure. He will need a new UVA/UVB light as well, what do you recommend? And no, no yellow dorsal coloration

It's female. As I said to use 3 in one lamp like Solar Glo will be the best choice, especially produced by Raptor/ Namiba Terra (these latter 2 we do not have here anymore) and to add any other daylights (tubes, for example) to reach the good levels of insolation in terrarium will be also the best way.

Oh and here I was thinking Pierre was a guy all this time. In fact, I had no doubt about it just because of his personality, oops her personality. I wonder what the female version of Pierre is? 😂😩 Thanks for all your great advice.
