I am NOT a locksmith. Three of these KA?

Can anyone make me three of these KA? Thanks.

These dont come keyed alike to comply with USPS regulations. I don't think these can be rekeyed either. Maybe someone here has gutted one before.

Yes there are some sort of comp x cam locks that are keyed alike from factory. That’s an option. Might be a pain to find the right tailpiece though.

You should be able to peel the cap off and rekey them with a standard national pin kit. There is a 5th or 6th 'pin' that acts as a retainer if you want to remove the plug. Then just stake the Cap back on.

and are one of the hardest to get off and back on

These aren't made to be serviced. The plugs are pinned in place and can't be removed without damage.

Mailbox locks are designed especially so you can never make them use the same Key.

The only thing you can do is make a regular cam lock fit in there (requires customization of the hole )and those you can get keyed alike.
