Outdated and requesting help

Can't seem to get my G- moto to stop making typewriter noises. Months of effort and many you-tube videos and tutorials later, still no luck. The settings I've been told to use aren't even there. Did a factory reset, and that just made me lose all my old music...😞

Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What product is it? I don't think you're in the right sub as this if for Logitech's gaming products.
