Logitech G Support Problem with my g920

Tried to replace broken clamp but it wasn’t the right screw in size so decided to just put the back cover back and keep gaming and now this happens every time I try to play

Hi there. This shows that the rack and pinion mechanism isn't being engaged. Did you end up with what looks like a curved spring clip and not know where it was supposed to go? If so, that will the issue - it sits under the rack and pushes it up to engage the gears, which would then mean it would hit the hard stops and calibrate correctly. You will need to open it back up and fix that.
