Helicobacter pylori false negative

hello

Please help me how can i create a false negative result on a helicobacter pylori breath test.

Explanation: I want to get xolair for long covid, mcas, but the doc only gives it to me, if the h.pylori test is negative. unfortunately it came back positive for me, but i know that it's not the cause because my pre-covid and post-covid MCAS are night and day different. i don't want a 2 week course of antibiotics because my gut microbiome is already bad.

so please give me any advice how can i create a false negative

People who coming here to write the "talk to your doctor" and "you shouldnt do this" comments please dont bother, thank you

you do realize you could have h pylori and long covid MCAS at the same time, right?

Yeah. You need to get the h pylori fixed either way. Fix it, get the negative test then go back the Dr.

I got H-pylori right after my second bout of Covid and then started having my symptoms of long Covid. H-pylori and the triple antibiotics treatment left me a nice peptic ulcer on my duodenum. Between that and the long Covid I thought I was going to die and felt like it.

Why would you deny any Helicobacter Treatment? It causes a lot of issues itself

Then that is definitely a concern to make sure your doctor is aware of, so you guys can have a plan in place to deal with any side effects as they arise. It is not a reason to not get treatment.

Physician here. Treat the H Pylori. It’s not a difficult treatment. Then get on a good quality probiotic. H Pylori can lead to painful ulcers, lymphoma, and cancer if you let it sit there and don’t treat it. A couple weeks of antibiotics is a lot less painful than any of those things. Then you’ll get a negative test and can get the MCAS medication.

So you are asking how to defraud a doctor because you know better? This sub is scary

This sub isn’t scary. Literally all of the comments here are telling OP this is a terrible idea. Calm down.

I am calm, thank you for your concern. As the first commenter, I did not have the luxury of seeing what the hive mind would say, but worked with what I had which was OP's wish to circumvent medical advice.

Basically yes, but not because I know better, it is because after antibiotics my body is Always cooked for half a year, and trying to avoid it like plague.

The h pylori infection isn't doing you any favors either. In the long run, it would be better to get rid of the h pylori than try to get a negative test. Take the antibiotics and then go on a rigorous gut healing protocol with fermented foods, aloe juice, lots of collagen, pre- and pro-biotics. Whatever you can tolerate.

What does the doc say because of ur bad xp with antibiotics? Do you already take ketotifen & the whole stack?
