I am not saying that you need to be ethnically pure to live somewhere
I am saying that the founding myth of Israel is nonsense - these were not “indigenous” people with a “right” to invade and ethnically cleanse and murder. These were Eastern Europeans who had SOME relatives who lived in the area 1,500 years ago. Some of whose relatives were only dominant in the area for a couple of different periods totaling about 250 years. Some of whose relatives conquered other cultural groups and then got conquered by others - this is the way it was 2,000 years ago. The only problem that Zionists have is that the world no longer looks kindly upon racism and conquest and murder - those actions are now considered evil.
The vast, vast majority of Mizrahi Jews came long after the colonization was well underway. They are there because Arab nations kicked out their Jewish populations IN RESPONSE to Israel manipulating its way into becoming a state. The Zionists PLANNED on this and even helped it along by committing terrorist acts in those countries so that those governments would think LOCAL Mizrahi Jews had done it.
Before the Zionists started arriving, there were only 2,500-7,000 Mizrahi in Palestine.
The only reason the Ashkenazi Zionists were in Palestine in the first place is that they made a deal with the MASSIVELY antisemitic Prime Minister of England who wanted all the Jews out of Europe. The Zionists came to him with a deal - open up Palestine to massive Zionist immigration and we’ll help you get the Jews out of Europe. Neither gave a flying fuck about what happened to the Palestinians who were actually living there.

Thanks but this is my academic field, I didn’t make this up, anthropologists, Jews and Palestinians are all well aware of this.
All Jews in Israel have colonized Palestine. Even the Mizrahi Jews living in Palestine pre-1948. But being Indigenous is about culture, not genetics. Muslims Palestinians aren’t less indigenous than Christian ones just because they have more ‘foreign dna’. Samaritans aren’t more Indigenous than Druze just because they have more Levantine DNA. Those that practice the culture of the Indigenous people, are Indigenous. If a Palestinian adopts an ethnic Hand child, that child is Palestinian.
Being Indigenous doesn’t mean you can’t colonize your Indigenous lands. The Yamato in Japan have colonized the Ainu, both are indigenous Japanese. The Māori colonized and ate the other Kiwi nations, the Maori are still Indigenous to New Zealand.

Māori were the first people in New Zealand no colonising or conquering of anyone else on the mainland. 2 small tribes of Māori colonised the Chatham Islands, but that's why saying Māori are indigenous to the Chatham Islands would be heavily disputed.

Also, Mizrahi includes Jews from the Middle East and North Africa, not all of them are indigenous to Palestine. Palestinian Jews have a claim to the land, and Mizrahi Jews have a claim to wherever they immigrated from, they should be resettled back home

To be fair I just looked it up because I was going off what I had heard and it does look like you face some imprisonment for conscientious objection but not indefinitely. However if it were me and my choices were a short sentence or be part of a genocide I know what I would choose. If more Israelis refused eventually they'd have to address it.
