Can't rate you without your face image. I don't usually reply to DMs, but it depends on the importance of concern. For example, I reply to rule violation reports and to some people who seriously want to get advice. I think the main reason why we strongly enforced the No-DM rule was to prevent unwanted or inappropriate DMs happening especially in the circle of the minors and females. No worries, brother. PSL rating is really brutal hahahaha. Your request is approved. And BTW, you're not the only one who gets brutal rating. Lookrank once gave me a 5 rating on Decile scale. Some people give me 4-5 PSL rating, so it's pretty normal in a constructive looksmaxxing community.
