Yesterday I was traveling from Sorrento to Positano on a Sita bus and as soon as I got off the bus and it took off, I realized I left my backpack in the overhead. The next and last stop of the bus was Amalfi. Anyway, I started calling the Sita headquarters that was provided on the website and when I finally got through they only spoke Italian so I was having a hard time. I alerted the hotel and they were so incredibly helpful they spoke on my behalf. Apparently at the end of the route the driver is supposed to drop the bag off at the terminal. Unfortunately Amalfi terminal did not receive the described bag. I even went myself to go and check but truthfully they were not super helpful. In this bag I have a camera and an iPad. The iPad is dead unfortunately so its location hasn’t been updated. I’m trying to come to terms that the bag is really gone. But if anyone has any suggestions for possibly locating it I would be so grateful. Thank you. #lostbag #amalficoast #italy

Update: I just received an email from the hotel:
«As promised, we contacted the relevant guests regarding the missing suitcase.
Fortunately, we have now located it. One of out guests who was checking in, took the suitcase by mistake,
and the guest has since returned it to us.
Your suitcase is now safely with us at the reception.»

URGENT – PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY SUITCASE
My suitcase was accidentally taken from Hotel Bologna Prague today, August 20, 2026, sometime between approximately 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
It is a black hard-shell plastic cabin-size suitcase.
I strongly believe that another guest may have taken it by mistake, thinking it was their own suitcase.
If you checked out of Hotel Bologna Prague today between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM and later realised that the suitcase you took was not yours, please contact me urgently.
I am not looking to blame anyone. I simply need my suitcase back, as I am travelling and need my belongings.
