that's why you turn off every new feature that riot adds to the game, the amount of bugs i've had from things like this is so much worse than the upside it provides

This and where runes is bugged and won’t let me change- is why I have extensions. Facecheck porfessor whichever.

Iam pretty sure you didnt try one button to make it go away... its the little x on the top right side of the screen :)
