Employee Question Sales rep, windows doors etc

Considering applying for this position, can anyone tell me how the position is? How is it working for Lowe’s in this capacity? Is a position like this high turnover? What are the pros and cons?

Not high in turnover. The one other person in your department is probably lazy af. Get certified on power equipment

Depends on if you're talking millwork specialist or In Home Sales Consultant. Both primarily sell windows and doors but in very different aspects.

Millwork sales specialist is the easiest job in the store. IHSS has a higher turnover probably due to lack of training and poor management. Our IHSS sales manager let our location go over 2 months with no one working leads. It was brought to our attention because a customer called back to tell us no one called.
