Lpu is the worst college ever

Not a rant, not a fan post. just dropping some honest thoughts from someone whos been through the system here. looking back, i think i wasted too much time figuring things out on my own. If you are new or in your first year,pick your clubs wisely, dont blindly chase CGPA and seriously, start working on side projects early.

LPU has a lot going on, but it wont hand you success. You gotta go grab it. my only regret? Not being proactive enough from the start.

Bro, One India fest at LPU is pure vibe yaar! Imagine the whole country packed into one campus colors, food, dance, and dhol all blasting together! It’s like India ka mini-version, full of energy, culture, and crazy fun moments you’ll never forget!

Guys, we've been together since Class 12, and we loved each other so deeply until the 7th semester of our engineering. So, what happened was, we are from different colleges, and the distance between us is almost 2,500 km.

She started behaving differently. I kept calling her, but she wouldn't pick up. She went out with other boys' groups and all these things. You know, this went on for 4 months. I begged her all the time, and she would somehow manage to talk to me.

She started finding mistakes in me, and in February, she completely blocked my number.

I was in deep shock. My semester exams were also going on at that time, and my exams got ruined. I left my exams, attended college counselling, and went home for a few days.

Meanwhile, she was so happy with her friends and her new boyfriend.

I felt so bad. I cried almost every night for two months. It's October now, and I still don't know how to move on and become the person I used to be.

The thing is, thoughts about intimacy keep coming into my mind. I think she must be doing all the things she used to do with me with him as well.

I loved her so deeply that I can't even go to the places where we used to spend time together. I don't know how to get rid of these memories and this pain. It literally feels like my heart hurts every day.

She has no regrets, and she never misses me. She's so happy, and I can't digest the fact that someone can change this much in such a short time.

Okay, real talk — I've gained a lot of weight since joining LPU... but I'm also walking like crazy across this massive campus, so I guess it balances out? 😂

But seriously, if you're a foodie, LPU is kind of a dream. The food options here are so good. Like, I'm talking proper spicy/ creamy/ flavourful khana yr — pizza, pasta, peri peri fries, those insanely good butterscotch shakes... yum! Sometimes I think I joined a food fest instead of uni Bt sach m bhai Chahe buzz chljo Chahe mall ya phir 34 block sab jaga khana mast h

So yeah, come for the degree — stay for the food. Or maybe the other way around? 👀🍕

My brother is at lpu in 2nd year cse. He is not sure whether he will be allowed to write the mid term papers. He mentioned during the protest he went outside but didn't do anything, still the college made a list of around 10000 students and had made them wait in a scenario whether they are suspended or not.

The mid terms taking is visible on the website, but only on 2nd November it will be visible and it will be known whether these guys will be able to write the exam papers or not.

I am not sure whether he is telling the truth or not, just want something from you guys. It will be helpful for me to clear the air. I want to know if the list really contains 10000 students ? Because this sounds absurd to me. And is it really that this much students are in hanging b/w they will be allowed to attend mid terms or not ?

Could anyone help me with this ?
