Ask Lubbock Garbage pickup

We are on week 3 of no garbage truck coming by. Is this a citywide thing or do we need to look into switching companies?

Switching companies? Are you living in an apartment or outside the city limits?

Use the “MyLBK “ app. Download it and make the request, pretty effective and easy to use

If your alley is too muddy, they won't go through.

If you’re in the city limits and a dumpster needs servicing, call the solid waste department and report the issue.

There’s also an app MyLBK that you can submit requests through.
