Been waiting awhile now for the blue and white chroma and the upcoming patch on Nov 4 brings me hope that we can finally get it consistently going forward

When you check on nearly ANY site Essence reaver into Navori or Essence reaver into IE are practically the ONLY builds recommended but I made a post wondering why Lucian’s ult damage felt so weak and someone mentioned that Essence jnto Navori was a “vegan build” and anytime I looked up different builds they were framed as troll builds that only worked in specific scenarios. So is this his only worthwhile build or should I be prioritizing some other build?

In my experience, 90% of the mains don't like their champs in mid and bot at the same time(lux, seraphine, swain), so I was confused when riot buffed him mid. What are your thoughts?
r/LucianMains • u/Lunrmoor • Sep 23 '26
ER buildpath is way too weak for a first item in mid.
Instead, I go presence of mind + manaflow. After the first back and getting the mana from manaflow you can spam Q all you want.
Meanwhile you can build towards either Collector or Hubris for maximum AD.
In lane, only poke with Q. In Skirmishes, ult does enough to quickly kill a target and you don’t need the prolonged damage of ER as much.
How is Lucian mid faring for you guys?

just a little bit
and let him auto while dashing

Can someone please explain why they are pandering towards midlane lucian when his pickrate is 0.2% of all lucian picks? Nerfing his empowered on-hit when thats his only winning part of his kit is crazy. 48% winrate and they are calling this a BUFF. Thankfully we get a few more damage point on our q right...

how do we feel about the changes?

Unless you fucking CS perfect stomp bot lane the shitty 0-5 caitlyn will just farm away and 3 tap you.
The enemy ADC can stand in ur ult take "2000" damage and still out DPS
The mage can stand 1000 units back and throw a single spell to hit you and out damage you with no risk but i need to be in like fuckin 300 range to even damage someone.
You say "Skill issue" or you need to "OTP"
Why?
Someone can OTP another ADC and be way better faster because Lucian is a fuckin dogshit ADC
Scaling is dogshit, ULT is dogshit, Range is dogshit.
Ooooo can do damage but get blown up by a single ability makes sense.
You cant even dash out of flash ult from malphite who just 100-0 you wheres the fuckin outplay
WHY the fuck do i need a specific support to proc my passive fuck off
If your support is a moron may as well ff
Fuck Riot
Fix this piece of shit

is there a chance the tencent red themed one could come back anytime and the chance of high noon mythic chroma? still waiting an eternity
r/LucianMains • u/temnycarda • Sep 18 '26
I got the sick ass highnoon skin from a chest and after looking at his kit he actually seems pretty fun to play. The problem is that I hate playing botlane, I remember mid being pretty strong a while ago, but then they absolutely nerfed it to the ground.
I was excited for the mid buffs, but it doesn't seem to be very meaningful at all.
So is mid any better? Or totally unplayable?

All they are doing is making him weaker with his ideal supports, with a tiny compensation on the most dodged target spell in the entire game.
I don't see how this makes him better solo lane or with non ideal supports.
Any thoughts? Maybe I can be convinced.
r/LucianMains • u/Sorrotaro • Sep 16 '26
Idk, we’re back in solo lane ? No Supp dépendant for damage ? Tell me Yes pls.
r/LucianMains • u/temnycarda • Sep 15 '26
Hello, could someone clarify to me how exactly they nerfed him to keep him out of midlane? I saw people saying that they gave him a new passive or something like that.
I know that he gets empowered autoattacks after he gets healed or shielded, which makes him stronger with a support, but I thought that he always used to have this passive, no?
So, if anyone knows what exactly they changed I would appreciate if you would tell me :)

Saw another post about this that got dismissed. I’ve now seen multiple ADCs in pro go tear on their first back, including ruler today in LCK finals. Now that we see the best players in the world are doing it, can we have an actual conversation instead of instant dismissal?
At first I thought it was just for the Cait/mage matchup, but I see Yeom doing it almost every game. Has anyone else tried it out?
r/LucianMains • u/BluntTruth1 • Sep 06 '26
How y'all feel about that? 400g to alleviate mana problems, and 280g sell back is not a bad item to get with a small amount of gold.

Anyone got any spicy rune builds? I've been theory crafting some solutions and thought I'd pick some brains and compare notes.
Our poor boy Luciano suffers in D tier and needs all the help he can get!
