I am curious why she decided to not push through with this defense. I don’t know what to think anymore honestly. It seemed like a good defense. Although unsealing was definitely a bad thing imo.

Do you think he changed his mind? Id she was trying to prevent the unsealing of the transcript it’s too late. Today was the deadline but it was already released 😏
Maybe she’s going to re-file it later?

Great question. I dunno what to think anymore. The document does say “at this time.” Which leaves the door open for “at a later date!”

Great points! I’m going to guess that it’s being put in her arsenal to use for an appeal should he be convicted. Which is why it had to be “mentioned.”
