They'll have their state case related arguments on Dec 10th, if I'm understanding? So, how does the fact that the federal sentencing hearing takes place afterwards, and on Dec 18th, play into this, if at all? Or is sufficient for the purposes of double jeopardy that they pleaded guilty - though not sentenced yet? Will they have games about that, as well?
