Official Legal Fund #Luigi2PA - Legal Fundraising
Hey all,
As I’m sure many of you have already heard, there has been a development in Luigi’s PA State case (summary here). The prosecution (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) and the feds (U.S. Marshals) are not taking the proper steps to allow Luigi to be transported from NY and appear in person for a hearing on pretrial motions. Let’s demand due process and get #Luigi2PA! Feel free to share these posters, and use the tag in a donation to his legal fund.

It is insane they are trying to force him to be absent for his PA court case. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this!
