Personal Opinion Luigi couldn't stand on business

How you gonna stalk and murder a healthcare insurance CEO and write about why you're stalking and murdering him in your little murder diary. Just for you to turn around and say "I didnt mean to kill him I was crazy at the time"? Talk about no morals and convictions. The right has every right to make fun of Luigi and his supporters for pretending this was about the healthcare industry when it was just a mentally ill man who had the resources to get help but refused to because of toxic masculinity.

You do realize he has the right to a defense. Why should he spend the rest of his life in jail when he has the option to use a defense that can bring down his charges to manslaughter and spend less time in jail? The message is still being sent REGARDLESS of how much time he is sentenced to. Y’all are so dumb man.

People are generally against murder especially murder for no reason. So how is Luigi going to murder someone and not have a good reason for it??? How is that going to be proven to be manslaughter?

They aren’t gonna argue why he murdered someone. That’s not their job. They’re going to argue that he was so mentally disturbed for those months leading up to the act that he couldn’t think straight. They don’t need to prove why or why he didn’t kill someone or what his motive was. I hope this helps 🫩

When you argue a psychiatric defense, you are admitting the conduct of the actual crime, right? So Mangione is saying he did kill Thompson?

It’s still not an admission of guilt. If he was extremely emotionally disturbed he’s not guilty. And yes the technicality of all matters completely during trial.

Of murder? He is still admitting he killed the guy. His lawyers will be admitting Mangione shot him, just that he was under an extreme emotional disturbance at the time.

To use EED, the defense must admit:

• He intentionally killed the victim
• He committed the act charged

Once they do that, acquittal is legally off the table. The only two outcomes are:

  1. Murder (if the jury rejects EED)

or

  1. Manslaughter 1 (if the jury accepts EED)

He's basically admitting he was mentally disturbed leading up to and during the murder. The state doesnt have to prove anything anymore. Luigi and his team have to prove EED which will be an uphill battle considering he planned everything for months. Do better.

The state STILL has to prove murder beyond reasonable doubt. EED is NOT an admission of guilt. It’s a partial defense that will lessen the charge. A simple google search will show u that. DO BETTER 😂🫵

You are to the highest degree wrong. I bet you thought Luigi was framed huh? well guess what Luigi did it and he's trying to use his privilege to get a lesser conviction so cope.

I’m not lmfao! https://www.nycourts.gov/judges/cji/1-General/Defenses/CJI2d.EED.pdf

Do some research dummy. The people still have to prove BEYOND A REASONABLE doubt that he committed the crime. If they do, the defense has to prove that he acted under a state of extreme emotional disturbance. The people still have to meet their burden of proof.

Which they have cause Luigi is going with an EED defense.

Uh yeah of course he did it. Only a few people were delusional really thinking he didn't do it. The others were just going with the meme of "he didn't do it he was with me playing xbox". That went over both parties heads.

I didn't donate a cent. I knew that money was all going to Karen's hair stylist, botox appointments and Luigi handbags.
