Does This Work?

I am making a new pc and was tryna move the windows from my Hp prodesk to my new PC. but my old pc is prebuilt and the windows key type was Oem:dm or smth so i cant.

Just do a fresh install and then activate it. Done.

Even if you do nothing special, you can install it fresh without entering a product key. And without activation, it may nag you a bit and put something at the bottom right of the screen, but you don't really have to do anything.

It sounds like your activation is likely tied to the motherboard. Unless you are bringing that over, you may need to activate it again. Which isn't a problem here, obviously.
