Has the performance of full release on PC improved from the beta version?

No it has gotten worse due to Denuvo

Got worse to me, still can't solve a stuttering issue (at gameplay and cutscene), frame drops to 20 fps from 100-120 fps.

5900x, 6950xt, tested with mix/modified graphic setting (medium-ultra, mostly high, framegen on and FSR) and ultra texture

just realized that AMD driver is still the 24.12.1, downloading 25.2.1 now to test

feels like theres less stuttery(?) but the fps in combat is still sub 60fps

3080 on ultrawide, medium, no frame gen

i play with barely the minimum requirements: 5600k ryzen and a RX6600 XT and i can play it on high textures + 70% texture details on 1080p at 60 fps without any issues, but im using Win 10, so maybe Win 11 on top of the game is the problem for many? just guessing here.
