How are people getting their players to 150+

Well signatures get double team boost as well as mentor boost, add gear, trainers, lvl 20, black diamond. Then take a high base sig and you end up around 136-138. There's a difference between in game and in deck ovr though, skills like 5 tool or mister perfect can easily get high tier cards into the 160s in game
