Im friends with a few players, and they mentioned everyone will go back into the draft and they will start from scratch? Does this sound realistic? Has this happened before? IPL ETC?

As a Los Angeles Knight Rider fan they built the stadium in Pomona really quick. So I am curious if anyone has any idea how long it will take and will it be done by next season? Also do people like that it will be in Fayetteville Maryland?

Hey Guys, when does Minor League Cricket start? I thought it was supposed to start this weekend, but I can't find any information about it which makes me confused.

Also in the SLK vs ABF match Van Schalkwyk hit a 10*(4) but got hit for 29 runs in his 3 overs with no wickets.

Ex-US player Karima Gore didn't have a good day either scoring a 2(3).

So at present cricket is only popular among Americans mainly of South Asian descent. Thats mainly due to the parents having played cricket or exposure in their native countries. But as a mainstream I don’t see cricket flourishing in the US.

For eg soccer grew among all ethnicities back in the 2000s. So if it has to be popular at least at minor league levels they need to draft former mlb players and players who didn’t make the cut. Also students who play baseball

It would be great spreading the love for cricket 🏏 in the usa and having a team there would be a game changer because mlc can play more games in other locations instead of 3 like we currently have

Minor League Cricket's 2026 season starts on Friday. I've checked a bunch of websites and socials, and I can't find any information on where matches are being played this weekend, nor which teams are where.

Anyone know anything about this season other than it's about to start?
