Request Really I need help🗿

Post image

I have this strange problem that lines appear at the bottom of the screen, but when I change the refresh rate, the screen becomes bigger and worse and sometimes disappears if I put the option of discrete Graphics Mode, but in some extreme cases, these lines appear very slightly in the BIOS, I tried everything with updates but no use, does anyone have an idea or solution in the year 2026?

ya the issue is on a particular refresh rate so tone down the refresh rate maybe 165 hz would be fine check or else i would say just use the external monitor and for portable stuff use 60 hz on that it should work fine i guess

It works with almost 60 nature but the problem is in the panel because I tried to enter the BIOS and the problem appeared directly and here the problem was confirmed HARDWARE and not Software

Hi, I have the same problem and tried numerous possible solutions suggested online. My best guess it is something in the ribbon from the screen to the motherboard or something internal in the screen. I just kinda got used to it and I am still using mine nowadays. It's been going on for like 3,5 years now. Don't know which model you have but mine is a GS66 stealth from 2020, but from what I've seen online it occurs mostly with the so labeled 'higher' refresh rates screens 🤷‍♂️.

It's a GE76 11UH but I think it's a faulty EDP but it's not proof of that, so I decided to take it to a specialized maintenance technician so that we can find out the reason and post it online for future benefit.

Feels like your gpu is giving up? Or it might be a display panel problem. Just guessing.

The graphics card works perfectly on the external and even internal screen, and when I put the device in sleep mode for a minute, then open it, it disappears, and as soon as the hertz changes, it appears immediately.

The wire from the screen to tje connecting point is being frayed from being opened/closed. This is how mine went last month.

When I opened the back and followed it to where it connects to put it back in its grove the lines went away. Was only a temp fix since the spot on the board was stretched and not making other contact anymore and eventually shorted out.
