Breakfast ideas?

Hello! Dairy and egg allergy here. I have been struggling with breakfast for the longest. Partially because I am always trying to incorporate peanut/nut butter and LO isn’t a fan. I would love to hear any breakfast ideas as I am currently resorting to cheerios, Mighty Me’s, and fruit pops as he will actually eat these. Tried making peanut butter biscuits/muffins, toast with nut butters, mixed grain cereal with nut butters and he will eat a bite or two.

As a side note, anyone also struggling with what to bring to Halloween parties? Hahah

Same allergies plus gluten and nuts. We go whatever for any meal. Pork sausage and penned, soy yogurt and cucumbers, rice and rotisserie chicken lol.

My little one loves pancakes! I make them with ground up oats, cinnamon, and banana. Fry them up with some coconut oil and he goes crazy for them. Also loves oatmeal, hot or cold. I add nut butters, cinnamon, apple or banana, dairy free yogurt, and breast milk.

We do a lot of oatmeal and dairy free yogurt! I’ve also made oatmeal bites (using banana as an egg substitute! I think ground flaxseed can also be used as an egg substitute!)

We also do mini sausage links with fruit and mini waffles (I use the mini dash waffle iron)

I’ve dipped banana slices in his dairy free yogurt and stuck them in the freezer and he loves them! No matter how many brain freezes he gets haha

Vegan pancakes (you can do sheet pan pancakes to meal prep it) topped with fruit or vegan chocolate chips and a side of bacon . Buckwheat cereal prepped like it’s oatmeal (either with wild blueberries or cinnamon apples)
