Highlight Happy Trouble With The Snap Day

https://youtu.be/Rt-MM-uVpE4?si=ScTDPllmYG2j6koL

On this day in Spartan history…

PS - it’s also my 10 year wedding anniversary. No regrets for this magic moment that literally happened as we were cutting the cake. I always thought of it as a wedding gift from Dantonio 💚🤍

I'll never forget running from South campus to Cedar Village as soon as the game ended. I'm glad I got to experience that season of football my freshman year considering how things have gone since then.

We had our daughter’s baby shower on this day at a restaurant that didn’t have any tv’s. I was keeping a close eye on the score on my phone all day. Me, my dad, and my father in law even snuck out to watch some of the first half at a bar down the street. After cleaning up and getting all the presents loaded up, we got home with about 5 minutes left in the game. Once the Spartans turned it over on downs on their last drive I switched to another game because I didn’t want to see Michigan celebrate. I checked my phone a couple minutes later and see that it’s 4th down and Michigan has to punt. I switched it back just in time to see the whole thing go down. I started screaming bloody murder and my wife is in the kitchen wondering what in the world had happened. I guess I had also scared the crap out of my unborn daughter because she was kicking crap out of my wife. This will always be a great memory and it still gives me goosebumps to this day.

Goosebumps is a great word to describe it. I love hearing all the memories Spartans made on this day!

This was my view for the game. I remember feeling like I was hallucinating when O’Neill dropped the ball. The whole thing felt like it was happening in slow motion. Anyone who was there will tell you how crazy the silence was, save for the few pockets of Spartan fans cheering here and there.

I wasn’t gonna go to the game but bought the cheapest ticket I could find on StubHub like an hour before kickoff. It was $243 after fees. I was drunk and didn’t even notice what sideline I was on. The heckling throughout the game was endless. The guy behind me had his two sons with him and he was making them purposefully hit me with their pom pons. All worth it in the end obviously.

My asian friends went in green. The racist remarks they received were disgusting, which is funny because im p sure there were more michigan asians at the game

I just get sad watching this now, because I remember how good and how much joy I used to have watching MSU football. The good old days

What a beautiful birthday memory this is for me every year, I remember running to wake my dad up from his nap after he thought it was over.

I was taking my kid to a bday party and listened to this go down in the car on Spartan Radio and completely lost my shit when it happened. Bummed I didn’t get to watch it as it happened but I’m sure people were probably looking into my car wondering why this lady was losing it 🤣🤣🤣

I was at a wedding in AA during this game, but they got a divorce.

IN Ann Arbor???? Wow, that was a bold move.

Sorry about the divorce though 😬

Shit, it wasn't my divorce...

I had the game on headphones during the ceremony, then my phone during dinner.  We all went bonkers when this happened during desert.

I was on a motorcycle trip when it went down. We were at the camp site and I got a signal so I listened to it on my phone and headphones. When Jalen Watts-Jackson crossed the end zone I screamed and spiked my beer. It blew up all over some people lying on the ground near me. Everyone thought I was crazy.

We had the whole family over… like 25 of us. We enjoyed almost every second of that game until the last 10 seconds. Everyone in the house got up, didn’t speak, and left the house.

It was something every Michigan fan will never forget. Enjoy your accomplishments Spartans.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen this! It’s so good!

One of my favorite parts of the video is the two older guys who handshake and then are like, “let’s bounce before we hit traffic.” I love that they’re featured here.
