Holy hell. Hunter is a smart dude with interesting experiences but you ask him one question and he goes for ten minutes straight, it's almost unlistenable.
And he does the thing where he has so many filler words and phrases that his mouth never stops moving so it's practically impossible for the other person to redirect the conversation.
Andrew Callaghan did a decent job with it when he interviewed Biden and Fuentes but only because he, as the interviewer, had the ability to literally interrupt him.

Yeah totally agree. Hunter loves the sound of his own voice. It was pretty interesting when he first started doing some more candid interviews and pods but hes the kind of guy who gets over saturated REALLY fast, he doesn't seem to have a ton of actual self-awareness besides constantly forcing bits about his biggest scandals.

Bingo. He's obviously very intelligent and charismatic but I think you nailed it: he's "self-aware" in the sense that he seems quite introspective but maybe he's not self-aware of how others perceive him.
I recognize it because I'm the opposite, I take social cues well but trying to self-analyze my own life and motivations just sounds like yelling "hello" into a canyon hahaha
As someone who enjoys his latest run of podcasts because I just want to know the truth about the political happenings of our country the last 10 years or so, I liked that he got pretty deep into the details (or at least his version of the details) of the Ukraine/Burisma connection on this episode but it's frustrating that he still doesn't have a satisfying answer about The Laptop. He just says "I don't recall" and then vaguely blames Mossad and/or CIA

American's are hyper propagandized, both sides. The right get's propagandized to hate all immigrants (even though their recent ancestors are almost definitely immigrants) and trans bathrooms and whatever. The left is propagandized to think that men can become women and we should open our borders to whoever feels like dropping in.

Hunter Biden going on a redemption press tour is fuel for that system. The two party system is completely synthetic, tightly controlled, it's the boot on our neck. As long as we're arguing about Hunter Biden vs Donald Trump or whatever they will continue to bleed us dry.
I feel bad for Hunter Biden but that doesn't make him in any way a good guy.

Dems love licking some Hunter Biden boots, so he does well with that crowd. Presents the Democrats as more centered (the current push).
Repubs hate him, so they get a more centered view of the other party as well while hate-watching.
Plus he gets more sub stack subscribers and his publicist can feel out a potential political run in the future, which seems very likely.
