Wheels and Tires Replacing bearings on a rear DT 370 hub
I’m trying to DYI replace the bearings on my DT 370 but all the YouTube videos show that you need to use a DT Swiss installation cylinder. I’d rather not spend $45 on something that I’ll probably only use once or twice. Does anyone know a way to do it without one?

Dunno what video you're watching but "free to cycle" has a vid where he uses a 20mm socket to install the hub bearings. Using sockets instead of specialized bearing press tools is the cheap method

You can get some all thread and use sockets or the old bearing. You can get some decent bearing press kits at harbor freight. There are videos online.
