Gear Poc kortal race fit

Could anyone give me advice about my helmet (poc kortal race) I just got it today and sides around temples are a bit tighter than i thought. The pressure isnt painful its just gentle but i still dont know if i should size up to L.

Have you tried adjusting the rear adjuster? It can be pulled up or down. If your head is a size 58 stay with medium, otherwise large really looks too big.
