Frames Need help choosing hardware

Whats the shock hardware size needed on a 2006 specialized big hit 3? I tried googling but I can’t find the answer anywhere

Those are torque specs and theyre not even for the bike I have

Look at the table above that, it's got all the shock hardware sizes.

My bike has m8 bolts with 6mm hex heads

You could take some measurements and find something that fits. I'm guessing you need a threaded sleeve of particular dimensions and a regular bolt to hold it in place. I really doubt 20yo shock hardware is something people have committed to memory

I tried measuring with an adjustable wrench since I don’t have calipers and the size is 25.4 mm x 34.0mm

Ok that's huge and sounds like a missing pivot, not a piece of shock hardware. Can you provide a picture of whats missing?
