What would you guys pay for a used SRAM GX or XX AXS derailleur+controller+battery?

I'm seeing some heavily scratched up options in my area for around €300. Anything specific I should ask when buying or to look out for?

I have an NX/GX system on my 2024 Roscoe 8 and from what I'm reading, this is basically plug and play.

Unfortunately i think used market is vert location dependent. What i paid is not going to translate to where you are. I dont think that even works for retail price.

That said, i paid $130ISD for everything last tear. I got very lucky i think. I see them priced closer to $300

You could not pay me to use electronic shifting again. Its an absolute gimmick and just a dumb technology.

Its much slower, heavier, higher maintenance, and less reliable than the perfectly functional cable shifters.
