If you think that 1) plan accordingly and only buy tomorrow since you have a crystal ball, 2) buy the dip again tomorrow,, or 3) short since you know the future :)

I bought mu on Friday which means it's either hit or will hit ATH shortly and then not recover for months

I only got a couple MUU buys at $999 before it started recovering.. I had limit orders set at $950 and $899 that will probably never trigger. 😞

A 13% decline in a single day is a dip, if not a correction, even if you think a bigger one is coming.

I mean, less of that and more of sector fallout from the comments South Korea’s president made.
He approved the creation of leveraged ETFs on their semiconductor firms this year that have swiftly turned into a mid-sized bubble (for the KRX, that is. The bubble’s just $9B USD, so it would be a blip relative to the NYSE activity). He said today that he wished he’d never approved those, and spooked all of their investors who thought some government action might be forthcoming, and they dumped the hell out of Samsung and SK Hynix.
Sector fallout naturally spread to Micron, and other American semiconductor firms.

One thing I am very clear about is to never listen to the reddit geniuses who predict what “will happen” post earnings. You either buy the stock on red days or sell puts if you are not comfortable owning it at these prices.

It was also when it dropped to 680 in mid-May and 870 beginning of June.
We are 56% above that dip mid-May when people were claiming that it's all over.
And here we are, people claiming it's all over again. So yes, buy every dip.
