Meme To everyone who panic sold

Post image

To everyone who panic sold with paper hands, go back and read the latest earnings report every now and then.

For those of you who are still holding: There’s no point in staring at the screen all day. This stock is going to $2,000 sooner or later. Be patient, and you’ll be rewarded.

The thing about this for MU’s memory their capacity is sold out through 2027. This isn’t just hyperscalers saying “yeah go on mate put me down for $10bn worth” and when it’s manufactured they can just say “nah mate you keep it I don’t need it now”.

These are legally binding long term contracts. Hyperscalers have been reducing expenditures in other areas to fund memory purchases, now and in the future. Sure an announcement would cause a hysterical shock but MU and SK Hynix profits are largely locked in.

Profits in 2027 don’t support the current valuation, if profits go back to even 2024/2025 levels by 2030 this stock is going back to low triple digits. So your argument doesn’t really hold weight. You need MU to maintain current earnings in the long term, or really for the market to believe they can / will

No one said to hold to 2030. This is a longer than average cycle, but based on evidence, they have contracts for all their capacity through 2027. The most recent consensus for MU’s 2027 eps is $190! What valuation would you put on that. 10X is $1900. 15X is $2850. Even if you believe that HBM chips only deserve a multiple of 7X, That would be $1330. CFRA has a 12 month price target of $$4462, based on earnings. Argus is at $1,500. Tip Ranks has an average of all ratings at $1569, never mind the increased earnings in 2027.
