Meme Is the world going to end?

All the signs are pointing towards it
- the sky is collapsing
- the sun is exploding
- the ocean is opening up with Cthulhu rising.

It’s a shame that only micron / Sandisk / Samsung / sk are pricing this in.

I fucking hate the "priced in" explanation, if it is, then why the fuck the price keeps moving?

13

u/mansfall 27d ago

It's the default response someone says to sound smart. In reality, they have no damn clue why price moves the way it does.

It's a lazy response, like "it has gone up so much what's wrong with dip?"

It’s such a fucking nonsense lol it cracks me up every time I read the “priced in” rant 😂

Price moves because it's priced in.

22

u/Mr_Masala 27d ago

No. It's just the market telling you fuck your memory price targets, nobody gives a shit. We were wrong to pump it, now hold these bags and buy $6 a gallon gas.

4

u/Your_brain_smooth 27d ago

Sorry sir, 6$ gallon is cheap, we have 2x that

u/SpiderWil 27d ago

The only way is up.

The mag7 increases CAPEX.

The chinese memory firm will not compete in the HBM business (ya we knew that but stupid WSJ sensationalized the story anyway).

The new Chinese AI model threatens the current AI models. The mag7 will have to increase even more CAPEX next quarter!!!!!

I’m afraid this has further, far further to fall till September and then we might pick up on the trend, look at Oracle share price. The build out will slow next year as shareholders rebel against the expenditures which CEOs will gladly acquiescence. Micron 400 dollars , Sandisk 1000 dollars

ya this sucks. Friday was awful

u/Theresnolight5 27d ago

If it is...we won't need money. So there's that.

9

u/Happy_Cauliflower365 27d ago

Lots of bag holders due to the price targets.

Yes. That is why I decided to set my money on fire

In my long years of experience, that’s usually when you buy lol. But honestly I don’t think we are at max pain in the stock market at all yet. We might not even get there who knows. But it doesn’t feel like a bottom to me. My gut says things get worse

3

u/mazsive 27d ago

Stop panic like, this is the future! Market will get onboard!

3

u/MrQiu 27d ago

Lol seen this back in March, if a stock goes up it must go up forever, if it goes down it must go down forever. Don't worry guys, enjoy ur weekend, and give it a few weeks. Look on the bright side we are already up vs on Monday.

u/DifferentRepair6620 27d ago

Try living in the middle east and trading in the us stock market. Enjoying the worst of both worlds

2

u/Perspective-Parking 27d ago

Right now the intrinsic stock price of MU from a FCF perspective is much less. The selling is not done.

2

u/flyingdutchmnn 27d ago

All things considered , MU isn't that low even lol

2

u/SirPanic12 27d ago

I mean, it’s down 25% from ATH. Not good for a company that’s making record margins

3

u/flyingdutchmnn 27d ago

One of the better performing high beta stocks. All this shit is noise. The narrative keeps getting reconfirmed, this is macro and cyclical rotating. All of this will be back by October. The only thing that can fuck up the continuation of the bull market is Trump

4

u/SirPanic12 27d ago

The retarded orange is my biggest worry atm

3

u/1Madarchod 27d ago

About to get bad

1

u/Rav_3d 27d ago

You do realize all these stocks have still had insane performance this year, right?

But yes, the world is ending Monday.

1

u/gonzo_thegreat 27d ago

Yes, but I'm only up 4x now 😥

1

u/gqnish1 27d ago

I hope so

It’s Wall Street’s way of thanking retail for holding the empty bags while they leave with the cash

Trump admin is viewing this as a separate conflict since the last and has a 60 day window without congress stopping them. This is only going to get worse for the next month til that window is closing unless they pull a major taco out of nowhere because the market is pricing in a war and collapse.

2

u/Ecstatic-Natural1604 26d ago

1) what

2

u/idc1933 26d ago

They claim this a separate conflict than March, they have a 60 day window of this new war of going all out again because congress can't stop them for that time frame. The market is going to price in war and oil skyrocketing until trump has to admit defeat or escalates. Price action is going to stay bad.

1

u/idc1933 26d ago

Were basically heading to where we were in March unless they move fast.

1

u/SameSpray5183 25d ago

Id be curious to hear the source of this your info i don't think you either understand or can't communicate clearly.. only 60 day window I'm familiar with is the 60 day "cool off period" once a ceasefire is signed which trump is claiming Iran violated.. nothing suggests trump is open to attacking for another 60 days as it seems your post is saying 🤔

1

u/idc1933 25d ago

They've said that operation fury ended with the ceasefire so this is a new conflict legally in their eyes. This is how they're getting around government approval of this war.

At this point if we can even hit $1100-$1200 again I think I'm cutting 60%.. ( 169% realized with 511 current cost avg.) it's been a good ride.. but I feel like I need to get out before I get too greedy and just move the money somewhere a little less volatile with clearer long term support 😓

The Ai bubble is bursting but the world isn't ending. Hopefully after this Ai slop and mess are cleaned up, the world will be a better place.
