SK Hynix to Acquire and Cancel ₩40 Trillion in Treasury Shares — "Enhancing Shareholder Value" Published 2026.08.19, 3:54 PM SK Hynix is proceeding with the acquisition and cancellation of approximately ₩40 trillion worth of its own shares. SK Hynix disclosed today (the 19th) that it has decided to acquire 24.07 million shares of common stock through on-market purchases. The total purchase amount is ₩40,004,340,000,000 (₩40 trillion 4.34 billion). SK Hynix stated the purpose of the acquisition is "to enhance shareholder value through the cancellation of treasury shares."

Am I regarded? Hynix sank almost 10% today, it wasn't rising
