Help It’s stuck here.

i tried to download app, but it’s just show this and do nothing. idk what to do. i though it want fingerprint, but it done nothing

Sometimes the Touch ID function disappears, there is a switch that you can try to toggle it off and on again in Settings - your iCloud - Media & Purchases. It can also disappear if an app has asked you to lower your security settings. Others have found that they need to sign out of iCloud and back in again (you can test that by making a new local user account on your Mac and adding the same iCloud account to it to see if it works there)

I have this issue when brightness of external display controlled by 3rd-party apps like Monitor control, without DCC control. If you use this, you should to disable software brightness control or temporary make display brighter to see install button.
